Every trade shown here comes from official Periodic Transaction Reports filed with the House and Senate clerk. Federal law gives members of Congress up to 45 days to disclose a trade, so a filing that appears today may reflect a transaction made weeks earlier — the tracker updates as soon as those disclosures become public, not when the trade itself happened.
